Vibrant Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing candidate as a Sales Representative for our Minnetonka Sales Office location. This individual should possess a hard work ethic as well as self-management principles. The individual must have the ability to interact effectively with customers and management to successfully unite the customer with Vibrant Technologies.
Sales Reps work closely with the customer and sales team to ensure a smooth transition from customer to long time client. They interface with the entire company from Receptionist to Logistics Manager, as a Sales Representative you are part of the whole process from start to finish.
Vibrant Technologies is a fast growing reseller of new and used high-end technology hardware. From our warehouse, tech center and offices in Minnetonka, MN we deliver IT hardware to corporations and resellers worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- Sell all of Vibrant Technologies products
- Develop and build sales relationships
- Inventory management
- Manage sales relationships with all clients
- Ability to multi-task and balance workload in a timely manner
- Understanding of all sales products
- Develop new leads, gain new accounts and maintain old accounts as well
- Assist all other sales reps
- Keep up with industry trends
- Follow-up of all e-mail and web leads
- Track and manage top customers
- Update customer database as much as needed
- Update and review your sales and purchases weekly
- Find new opportunities to promote Vibrant products
- Exchange leads with other sales reps
- Cold calling
- Imporve knowledge on all products that Vibrant offers
- Track lost customer and/or lost deals and find reasonings why (quaterly)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of previous sales and/or telemarketing experience
- Persistance. The ability to facilitate the entire sales process
- Ability to grasp all technical terminology and concepts
- Ability to make 60 calls/day at a minimum
