How soon can you ship?
We can deliver your order overnight, sometimes even same-day, depending on your location. Even when the manufacturers are backordered, we likely will have the product you need sitting in stock.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship multiple orders to clients worldwide on a daily basis. We have customers in over 50 countries and have extensive experience with international shipping methods and working with customs procedures and shipping agents.

What are your shipping methods?
We can ship just about any way you would like. All major shipping companies pick up at our warehouse multiple times each day. We can ship on your account, on our account and bill you, or by another arrangement tailored specifically to your individual circumstance.

Quality:

Do you offer new products?
While we specialize in used systems and parts, we often do receive unopened hardware from clients or resellers and can offer this unused hardware to our clients.

Is the used product in good cosmetic condition?
Yes, because 99% of the time, the products we sell were in good condition when we received them. The hardware we acquire may occasionally need some cleaning or paint, which we make sure to take care of before the item ever touches our customers’ hands. If you need the product to look exactly like new, just let us know and we’ll make sure to pick out the absolute best of our inventory, but typically you won’t even have to ask. Also, if you don’t care about cosmetic condition and would prefer an added discount on a server or router, ask if we have any “ugly duckling” models, which are working but in poor cosmetic condition, typically set aside for parts.

I’ve never bought used equipment before – what should I expect?
We frequently hear from our large clients that new hardware can have a higher failure rate than used, likely because our equipment has been field-tested and then re-tested by our engineers. All equipment is fully-tested and typically in like-new condition. On very rare occasions, we may acquire equipment that needs refurbishing. In those cases, our expert, certified technicians make sure to get the items in working condition before they are ever sold. First-time buyers of used equipment are often impressed that they can buy hardware equivalent to new at half the price or better.

Warranty:

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our standard warranty options can range from 30 days up to one year depending on the product line. We offer extended warranty programs that can range from one to three years… and in some cases, a lifetime warranty. All standard and extended warranties are provided by Vibrant and not the manufacturer.

What is covered under warranty?
We offer advance replacement or repair, depending on your needs. Upgraded warranty plans with advanced maintenance options can offer up to 2 hour response / 24 hour support coverage for most locations.

Pricing:

Where are the prices?
We offer a glimpse of our discounts on a select few items, but the market rates are always changing so it’s best to contact us to get today’s best prices and options.

How much can you save me off list price?
The average part is going to be 50% or more off list price. The rarest of items might only be 20% or 30% because demand is higher, but in most cases, you will save 50-90%.

Can I have an example?
We saved one Fortune500 company $1,000,000 on a recent memory upgrade off of IBM’s quote and 2,500,000 off of list price. Our price was $500,000. They were upgrading several IBM pSeries systems and our IBM original memory was installed and then placed under the client’s existing IBM maintenance contract.

Can I buy online?
Our inventory changes daily so we don’t currently offer an ecommerce option. We can take multiple payment options including credit card, however, and feel free to email us if you’d like to place an order without picking up the phone. Even many of our repeat corporate clients never speak with their rep to place an order… they just email for pricing and then send a purchase order.
