The HP StorageWorks EVA6000 enterprise virtual array has been created specifically for mid-range clientele requiring a high-capacity, high-speed, and high-accessibility storage solution. Because these arrays lower IT costs and complexities, they save time and space when compared with traditional architected storage.

Specs on the EVA6000 include:
•    EVA6000 2C4D Array, with a pair of HSV200 controllers, four M5314A disk drive enclosures, two FC loop switches, mounting hardware and cables for factory built configurations
•    Supports a max of 8 drive enclosures per unit
•    Supports a max of 14 disk drives per disk drive enclosure.
•    Supports 16-112 drives per unit
•    Supports 1.15 TB to 33.6 TB per unit
•    Support for Direct Attach connection to Windows servers without the need for SAN switches.
•    Technology Adapted (FATA) drives.
•    Management of up to 1024 virtual disks (256 per HBA) ranging in size from 1 GB to 2 TB per virtual disk, in 1GB increments.
•    M5314A 14-bay disk drive enclosure, with mounting hardware and cables, for expanded factory built configurations or for field upgrades
•    EVA4000/6000 Controller Pair, with a pair of HSV200 controllers, mounting hardware and cables for field installation
•    HP StorageWorks EVA4000/6000/8000 v5.0a controller media kit (XCS v5.030)
•    Includes HP Systems Insight Manager
