Vibrant carries a broad inventory of used IBM AS400 servers, features, upgrades, peripherals and parts.

First made available on July 28, 2000, the 250-series started with two processors, the #2295 and #2296. These were withdrawn from the market July 02, 2002. Then, on July 28, 2002, the AS/400 became the iSeries Model 250. With this, IBM introduced processor #’s 0297 and 0298, which were withdrawn from the market on October 01, 2004.  Detailed specs on each processor model follow in the table below.
