OK - I should have done some more reading.....I only have 'Essentials Plus' and DPM & DRS is part of 'Enterprise'

Configured IMM on the x3650 - basically all I have done is enabled it, set the IP, logged on via web and reset password.

I don't think hyperthreading is supported on the Xeons in the 7979. (Xeon 50xx or 51xx)
