Built for IBM’s BladeCenter H and HT chassis, the Cisco Nexus 4001I Switch Module allows your organization to take advantage of the benefits of a Unified Fabric. The unified switch ASIC is at the heart of this module, and is a purpose-built, high performance, line rate switch providing very low and dependable latency across all packet sizes regardless of the configured networking features.

The unified switch ASIC supports Ethernet and Priority Flow Control (PFC) and Enhanced Transmission Selection (ETS), required for lossless Ethernet transmission. This switch module offers many impressive benefits, including a reduced TCO, high performance, and enhanced server virtualization.
